Job Description

  • Design and continuously refine credit policies and frameworks
  • Develop and execute end-to-end credit strategy
  • Drive data-led decision making across underwriting and portfolio management
  • Partner with Product and Tech teams to launch new lending products
  • Build robust business cases for new initiatives (e.g. secured lending, motor finance)
  • Monitor portfolio performance and optimize risk-return trade-offs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across global teams

The Successful Applicant

A successful Credit Risk Officer should have:

  • Significant experience in Credit Risk within Consumer Lending
  • Strong exposure to the Philippines market or comparable markets (e.g. Indonesia, Vietnam)
  • Proven ability to design credit policies and strategies (0-1)
  • Experience managing or mentoring teams
