Job Description

  • Responsible for handling a high volume caseload of H-1B's, NIV matters
  • Utilize case review technology
  • Supporting a team remotely.
  • Preparing and drafting cases.
  • Communicating with team members on a daily basis.

The Successful Applicant

  • JD or LLM.
  • Admission to a US State Bar.
  • Experience with business immigration matters, specifically: H-1B's, NIV matters.
  • Must have high-volume case experience with large clients.
  • Must have experience with electronic case review software.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay connected to a team environment.
  • Excellent case management skills.
