We are partnering with an emerging, high-growth energy infrastructure company operating at the intersection of grid-scale renewable energy and transmission & distribution (T&D). The company is scaling rapidly and investing heavily in commercial leadership to support its next phase of growth.

Job Description

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own and grow regional sales for renewables and T&D solutions, including transformers, switchgear, substations, and HV equipment
  • Drive new business development while managing key strategic accounts
  • Manage the entire sales cycle-from prospecting and qualification through proposal development, negotiation, and close
  • Present technical and commercial solutions to utility executives, engineers, and project stakeholders
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to deliver customized customer solutions
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity tracking in CRM (Salesforce or similar)
  • Stay current on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments impacting grid infrastructure
  • Use virtual selling tools effectively; travel 20-40% for customer meetings and industry events

The Successful Applicant

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Renewable Energy, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 10+ years of sales or account management experience in the energy or power infrastructure sector
  • Demonstrated success selling utility-scale renewables, energy storage, or T&D / high-voltage equipment
  • Strong understanding of North American utility markets and procurement processes
  • Proven ability to communicate complex technical solutions to both technical and executive audiences
  • Self-directed, organized, and effective in remote or hybrid selling environments
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
