The position requires close partnership with cross‑functional teams such as SEC Reporting, Controllership, FP&A, Legal, and Tax to ensure accounting conclusions are technically sound and aligned with broader business objectives.In addition to supporting complex transactions, the role focuses on building and maintaining scalable accounting policies, strong governance frameworks, and robust documentation standards. The Director prepares and reviews technical accounting memoranda, supports audit and regulatory requirements, and ensures all positions are well‑documented and SOX‑compliant.
