We syndicate deals and raise capital through a trusted, established investor network across sectors and geographies with disciplined execution focus globally.Job DescriptionLead fund reporting team of five and focus on 7 USD single investment funds and multiple non-managed funds of investments.Handle daily operations of private funds including NAV calculation, trade settlement, cash and position reconciliation, cash collateral, margin management and corporate action handling.Responsible for financial reporting of PE funds and equity fund.Responsible for operational support and maintenance of securities settlements covering fixed income and equity instruments ensure all transactions are settled within timeline.Assists in the annual audit process including preparation of valuation reports on investment.Maintains accounting book for General Partners and new setup companies.Calculates and updates schedules involving LP's share transfer.Monitors liquidity and cash level of funds & SPVs and handling the bank accounts opening / closure also handling with KYC requestWorks closely with investment team in the investment processing to facilitate deal closing and exit with payment arrangement and cashflow management and internal warehousing deals.The Successful ApplicantCPA qualified with strong technical accounting expertise and thorough understanding of private equity fund structures.Proven experience in fund accounting, including accurate calculation and oversight of fund NAVs.Hands-on management of SPV liquidity, cash positions, capital calls, distributions, and bank accounts.Ability to oversee financial reporting, audits, and compliance with regulatory and investor requirements.Strong leadership and coordination skills to manage service providers and work closely with investment teams.What's on OfferGood culture in a growing platformContactHayley LawQuote job refJN-052026-7012491Job summaryFunctionCFO & Financial ManagementSubsectorCFO & Financial Management SubsectorIndustryFinancial ServicesLocationHong KongContract typePermanentConsultant nameHayley LawJob referenceJN-052026-7012491
