Our client is a large European pharmaceutical company focusing on generics, branded medicines, consumer health & speciality pharmaceuticals.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve business objectives in Hong Kong and Macau
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to enhance market presence and operational efficiency
  • Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance for the commercial division
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Drive innovation in product offerings and service delivery within the Life Science industry
  • Report directly to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decisions

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Head should have:

  • Proven expertise in commercial strategy and operations within the Life Science industry with both Ethical and Consumer channel
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Comprehensive understanding of market dynamics in Hong Kong
  • Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management
  • Commitment to upholding industry standards and regulatory compliance
  • Familiar with hospital tender business
