With clear ambitions to accelerate growth, improve organisational structure and strengthen its long‑term sustainability, the company is seeking a CEO to lead its next stage of development and transformation.

Job Description

  • Define and lead the company's overall strategic direction, ensuring alignment with long‑term growth objectives and business sustainability.
  • Oversee the full business environment, including operations, engineering, production and commercial execution.
  • Strengthen organisational governance, ensuring efficient processes, clear accountability and effective decision‑making.
  • Drive business performance, partnering closely with operational and technical teams to improve efficiency, quality and profitability.
  • Lead key strategic initiatives, including growth plans, transformation programmes and new business development.
  • Ensure solid financial oversight, balancing expansion ambitions with discipline and risk management.
  • Develop a scalable and resilient organisation, fostering a results‑driven culture and continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

  • Extensive experience in senior leadership roles (CEO, GM or equivalent) within industrial, engineering or manufacturing environments.
  • Proven track record leading strategy execution, organisational transformation and business growth.
  • Strong financial acumen combined with a clear operational and performance‑driven mindset.
  • Experience operating in complex environments where efficiency, quality and execution are critical.
  • Strong leadership, decision‑making and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility across stakeholders.
