Our client is an international organisation with an established presence across multiple markets and a strong track record of growth and execution. The company operates in complex, capital‑intensive environments and is entering a new phase of development focused on long‑term value creation.

To support its strategic priorities, the organisation is strengthening its corporate development capabilities and is seeking a senior M&A professional to lead its international transaction activity.

Job Description

  • Identify and assess strategic investment opportunities, supporting the development of the company's international growth strategy.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis, valuation modelling and due diligence processes to evaluate potential transactions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including financial institutions, advisors and industry participants.
  • Lead transaction processes end‑to‑end, including structuring, negotiation and execution of acquisitions, divestments and strategic investments.
  • Contribute to the definition and execution of M&A strategies, aligned with corporate objectives and capital allocation priorities.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle, ensuring efficient and controlled execution.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and effective reporting to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong experience in M&A, corporate development or investment roles within international environments.
  • Proven track record executing complex transactions across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills, with a solid understanding of transaction dynamics.
  • Experience working in cross‑border contexts, with exposure to diverse stakeholders and markets.
  • High level of autonomy, strategic mindset and ability to operate effectively in demanding environments.
