Job Description

  • Develop and execute the financial strategy to support the company's business objectives.
  • Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Provide strategic advice to the Managing Director and senior management on financial planning and risk management.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve organisational goals.
  • Manage capital allocation and investment strategies to maximise the organisations commercial value.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimise operational efficiency and cost management.
  • Represent the company to stakeholders, including auditors, investors, and regulatory bodies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Chief Financial Officer should have:

  • A recognised qualification in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in financial leadership within the renewable energy or power generation sector.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven track record in strategic financial planning and risk management.
