About Our Client

Our client is a European Crypto company looking to grow specifically in the DACH region. Since MiCAR compliance and regulatory readiness is a huge topic, my client is hiring a whole team.

Job Description

  • Monitor and interpret MiCAR regulations to ensure full compliance across cryptocurrency operations.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
  • Provide expert guidance and training on MiCAR and cryptocurrency-related compliance matters.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure timely reporting of compliance-related updates.
  • Stay updated on global regulatory developments affecting the cryptocurrency and technology industries, especially across Europe.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align compliance strategies with organizational goals.
  • Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior leadership.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Crypto / MiCAR Compliance Team member should have:

  • A strong understanding of MiCAR regulations and cryptocurrency compliance.
  • Experience working within financial services, ideally Digital Assets in the German market.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in German and English is a must.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • A proactive approach to staying informed about regulatory changes and trends.
