Known As a mid-sized organization, the company is known for its commitment to excellence, offering tailored solutions to its diverse clientele.Job DescriptionAs Associate, Real Estate Transactions & Leasing, responsibilities include:Draft, review, and negotiate commercial lease agreements, purchase agreements, and other real estate-related contracts.Provide legal advice to clients on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing.Conduct due diligence, including title and survey reviews, to identify potential risks and recommend solutions.Collaborate with clients to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations.Manage and oversee closings for real estate transactions.Stay updated on industry trends and legal developments affecting real estate and leasing practices.Work with and support the Transactions & Leasing Group Partner with complex real estate matters.Maintain accurate records and documentation for all legal matters handled.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
