About Our Client

Page Executive is representing a Hong Kong well known organisation with both manufacturing and retail operations, across an extensive footprint across the Asia region. With a strong commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth, the client is seeking an all‑rounded and strategic Finance Director to lead our Finance function and play a pivotal role in driving the Group's long‑term performance.

Job Description

  • Leading the overall financial strategy, planning, and analysis for the business
  • Ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations
  • Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
  • Take a leadership role in organisational transformation projects
  • Managing cash flow and optimising financial performance
  • Providing strategic financial insights to drive business growth and profitability
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organisational goals
  • Managing and developing the accounting and finance team to ensure operational excellence
  • Identifying and mitigating financial risks to safeguard company interests

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
  • Professional qualifications (i.e. HKICPA, CPA etc)
  • Minimum 15-20 years of relevant experience, ideally from organisations that has a strong manufacturing space
  • Proven leadership capability with experience overseeing the full finance functions as a team lead
  • Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and ability to work in a dynamic, growth‑driven environment
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
