Job Description



  • Lead Investment Strategy
    • Define and oversee the firm's Taiwan equities investment strategy, ensuring alignment with overall portfolio objectives and risk parameters.


  • Portfolio Management & Alpha Generation
    • Actively manage Taiwan-focused equity portfolios with a strong emphasis on consistent alpha generation and risk-adjusted performance.


  • Market Research & Insight Development
    • Conduct deep fundamental, sector, and macroeconomic research with a particular focus on Taiwan's technology and industrial sectors.


  • Investment Decision-Making
    • Make high-conviction investment decisions based on rigorous analysis, maintaining a disciplined and repeatable investment process.


  • Performance Monitoring & Attribution
    • Evaluate portfolio performance, provide attribution analysis, and refine strategies to enhance returns and manage drawdowns.


  • Team Leadership & Mentorship
    • Lead and mentor investment teams, fostering a high-performance culture and encouraging collaboration and continuous improvement.


  • Risk Management Oversight
    • Implement and oversee robust risk management frameworks, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory standards.


  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Present investment strategy, performance updates, and market views to clients, senior management, and key stakeholders, building strong trust and credibility.
