Job Description

  1. Define AI Product Strategy & Vision
    Lead the end-to-end product vision for AI-powered agents within the Web3 ecosystem, aligning with company growth, tokenomics, and decentralized infrastructure strategy.
  2. Drive Zero-to-One Product Development
    Own ideation, validation, and launch of new AI-native products (e.g., autonomous agents, conversational interfaces, decentralized AI services) from concept to market.
  3. Build Conversational & Agentic AI Experiences
    Design and deliver intuitive conversational AI and voice-enabled products leveraging LLMs, NLP models, and multi-agent systems.
  4. Collaborate with Engineering & Research Teams
    Partner closely with ML engineers, blockchain developers, and data scientists to translate technical capabilities (LLMs, deep learning models, inference pipelines) into scalable products.
  5. Oversee AI Model Integration & Performance
    Guide decisions on model selection, fine-tuning, training, and inference optimization for AI agents within decentralized or hybrid architectures.
  6. Lead Product Lifecycle & Roadmap Execution
    Manage the entire product lifecycle from discovery, prioritization, roadmap planning, execution, and iteration based on user feedback and data insights.
  7. Ensure Product-Market Fit in Web3 Ecosystem
    Align product offerings with Web3 user needs, including wallet integrations, tokenized incentives, decentralized identity, and community governance models.
  8. Champion Innovation & Thought Leadership
    Stay ahead of trends in AI (LLMs, agent frameworks) and Web3, driving continuous innovation and positioning the company as a leader in AI-enabled decentralized products.

The Successful Applicant

  1. Educational Background
    Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Analytics, IT, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
  2. AI & Conversational Product Experience
    Proven experience building conversational AI, voice-based systems, or AI-driven user interfaces using NLP and LLM technologies.
  3. Strong Technical Expertise in AI/ML
    Deep understanding of machine learning and deep learning concepts, including NLP, LLM architectures, model training, and inference optimization.
  4. Zero-to-One Product Track Record
    Demonstrated success in launching innovative products from scratch, ideally in AI, Web3, or emerging technology environments.
  5. Hands-on Experience with Deep Learning Systems
    Practical experience working with deep learning workflows, including model training, evaluation, deployment, or inference at scale.
