Job Description

As Financial Director, you will define and drive the global financial strategy of the group, ensuring sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and robust governance across international operations. You will play a central role in strategic decision-making, supporting business expansion, investments (including R&D) and potential M&A activity, while ensuring strong financial discipline across all geographies.

  • Define and execute the group's financial strategy in alignment with business objectives
  • Act as a trusted partner to senior leadership on strategic initiatives and key investment decisions
  • Lead international financial operations, including oversight of subsidiaries and global consolidation
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis across countries, channels and product lines
  • Ensure compliance with local and international financial, tax and regulatory frameworks (including pharma-specific requirements)
  • Oversee industrial cost control, CAPEX investments and margin optimisation
  • Manage global treasury, financing structure and banking relationships
  • Strengthen internal controls, risk management (ERM) and audit processes
  • Lead the ongoing transformation and evolution of the finance function

The Successful Applicant

We are especially interested in individuals who combine experience with attitude , leaders who are comfortable operating both strategically and operationally.

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in senior finance leadership roles (CFO / Finance Director level)
  • Strong background in international environments, ideally with multi-entity structures
  • Solid expertise in controlling, reporting, treasury and financial strategy
  • Experience in regulated sectors (pharma, healthcare, cosmetics, or industrial environments) is highly valued
  • Deep understanding of IFRS and international taxation frameworks
  • Track record in driving transformation, building processes and improving performance
  • Fluent English
